CMD Skis offers secure checkout through Payson, one of Swedens biggest payment method providors. You can choose to pay with VISA or MasterCard, through bank transfer (Swedish banks only) or through an invoice. When choosing Payson as an alternative you will stay on the website.

The prices include Swedish VAT, which is currently 25%. For deliveries outside the EU, we remove this VAT from the price. When imported into the buyer’s country, the buyer must pay the country’s tax on the product, as well as any customs duty.



For specific requirements regarding deliveries please contact us in advance and we will give you information on how we can efficiently sort out your delivery needs. Delivery time in Sweden is between 3-5 working days. If you want a tracking number, let us know when ordering.

CMD Skis is responsible for parcels delivered to our customers. You are responsible for the return shipping, except for errors on our side, for example wrong item/size sent.

CMD Skis offers free shipping for deliveries within the EU, Norway and Switzerland. For parcels not being picked up, a cost of 300 SEK will be charged to cover the return shipping.


Right of withdrawal

We follow the Swedish “Konsumentverkets” (Consumer Agency) rules and guidelines for e-commerce. If you as a customer for any reason want to return your product, you have 14 days to return the product from delivery, as long as it is unused. Have you chosen to mount bindings on your skis the product is not valid for withdrawal. The customer is responsible for return shipping. For replacements, we cover the shipping cost back to you. Do you have questions about your product or your purchase, please let us know.

If you want to return your product, please contact us by phone or email. Then return the product in the parcel that you received it in, or with equivalent packaging. Attach the receipt/invoice that you received when you purchased the product. Repayment is done when we recieve the product in unused condition.

You can cancel your purchase up until the time when we have shipped your order (excluding pre- sale orders). Pre- sale orders need to be canceled before August 1st (2016). Although, the return policy is valid for all orders.



If the product has an original fault that is not caused by normal wear and tear, please contact us by phone or email. We will then contact you and see if we can solve the complaint.

If we approve the claim, we can solve it in different ways depending on the fault. If possible the product will be repaired, the product will be replaced with a new, identical or equivalent product or you will get your money back. We always strive for our customers satisfaction, and strongly belive in long term relationships.

If any dispute occurs, CMD Skis will follow “Allmänna Reklamationsnämndens” (Complaints Board) recommendations.


Personal information

The personal information that you fill in is only used to ensure the delivery of orders, as well as for communication between us. According to Swedish law (PUL) you have the right to get the information we hold about you and if you think it is incorrect or irrelevant you can request removal from our records. CMD Skis ensures that the information in the customer records will not be disclosed to third parties.



We reserve the right for any price changes on our products without notice, as well as being out of stock of our products. Color variations on our products might occur due to color reproduction on different computer monitors. We reserve the right for any errors in writing on the website.
